We are looking to appoint a Specialist Trainer to work within the SNC Training Group employer engagement team delivering functional and basic skills at a time and place to suit the needs of employers throughout the East Midlands. The successful candidate will have a specialism in either Maths or English and have at least a level 2 qualification to support ICT. The expected case load of candidates is 45 on an Apprenticeship programme, in addition there will be the need to deliver basic skills within the workplace – contextualised or embedded. Are you a qualified Motor Vehicle Trainer/Instructor/Lecturer looking for a new opportunity as a Lecturer? An experienced mechanic or technician is required to deliver training to schools groups (14+) and full time learners (16+).
The learners will be both part time and full time motor vehicle students from entry level to level four. You will be covering all mechanical aspects.
The role will involve delivering qualifications as well as monitoring learner progress and supporting them through their studies. Ideally you will have had direct experience of delivering training previously within a training provider or a college.
