SNC Training provides training which meets the needs of individuals. Whether you are looking for a short course, vocational course (such as NVQ), maths and English, or an Apprenticeship programme, SNC Training has experts within the areas of:

All vocational courses and Apprenticeships are linked to your job role and the criteria of the qualification. We work with you and your manager to put together a suitable individual learning plan and a schedule of dates for your assigned assessor and or practitioner to meet with you in the workplace, either on an individual basis or with other employees within your organisation.
SNC Training has a full administration team who review your learning journey with your assessor to ensure you are on track to complete your qualification within the agreed timeframe you set. The team also registers you with the awarding organisation and arrange for you to receive your certificate on successful completion of your programme.
Feedback from learners is through evaluation, 1-2-1 discussion and quality assurance systems, such as internal verification reviews. South Nottingham College undertakes learner surveys and Framework for Excellence (the Government's performance assessment tool for further education). Regular feedback we receive from learners is: staff are encouraging, and experts within their sector; the qualification has provided a route to progression within the workplace; support from the team provides confidence and motivation; SNC Training provides a qualification delivered in a quality manner (not just a tick list) - new skills and knowledge are gained, whilst confirming competency through observation; up-skilling maths and English provides confidence in the workplace; and also has a positive effect on home life too!
