We do not aim to provide off-the–shelf solutions. Whilst we can provide course information, we prefer to determine your business need and to design the programme to meet it, following the steps below.

Enquiry:

Your enquiry, whether, direct to SNC Training, via a referral or skills broker, or repeat business our enquiry team is trained to IAG Level 3 and will provide you with information relating to our services and training solutions. You will be provided with our Employer Charter which sets out our Customer Service Commitment to you. Your enquiry will be passed to the most appropriate person in our team – a lead within the sector - and details will be logged onto our Customer Relationship Management system (an electronic record of our employer journey – including contact details, correspondence, evaluations, delivery details and learner information (linked to our Management Information System).

Consultation:

Our dedicated team of specialists will arrange to visit you to identify your business need and to match the training solution to actual business benefits which we will evaluate against.

Business Benefit:

From the consultation you will be provided with a training solution for your organisation. To fit with your requirements we can also provide you with a formal proposal, presentation, training needs analysis, or formalised organisational needs analysis.

Account Management:

You will be assigned one-point of contact at SNC Training, a lead within your sector, dedicated to ensuring your training solution meets with, and exceeds your expectations.

The Agreement:

Your Account Manager will plan the delivery and ongoing reviews of your training solution. You will be provided with a bespoke Contract (Service Level Agreement) which will detail the training and support.

Relationship:

Throughout the delivery process your Account Manager will be available to discuss the training and ongoing skills development of your staff. Reviews and updates will be made available on a regular basis.

Evaluation:

On completion of the training solution an evaluation of the training will take place, looking at the learner feedback and evaluating against the business needs.
