The Customer Service Apprenticeship is a framework based upon a combination of qualification outcomes which together provide the knowledge, understanding and skills required for an individual working a customer service role, whilst fulfilling the national criteria for Apprenticeships.

Vocational Training - assessed in the workplace
NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service
2 mandatory units, plus a range of optional units.
The mandatory units are:
Technical Certificate - usually delivered in college
Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service
Functional Skills / Key Skills - usually delivered in college
Communication Level 1
Application of Number Level 1
Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship
