Contact Centre Apprenticeship

The Contact Centre Operations Apprenticeship is a framework based upon a combination of qualification outcomes which together provide the knowledge, understanding and skills required for an individual working in a contact centre role, whilst fulfilling the national criteria for Apprenticeships.

Apprenticeship in Contact Centre Operations
Vocational Training - assessed in the workplace
NVQ Level 2 in Contact Centre Operations
2 mandatory units; plus a range of additional optional units.

The mandatory units are:

Technical Certificate - usually delivered in college
Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service

Functional Skills / Key Skills - usually delivered in college
Communication Level 1
Application of Number Level 1
