Apprenticeships are a great way to study for a nationally recognised qualification whilst getting on the job training in the workplace and earning money while you learn.

SNC Training works with individuals and employers to identify opportunities for apprenticeships at level 2 (Apprenticeship) and 3 (Advanced Apprenticeship) for those aged 16-18, 19-24 and 25+. The level of apprenticeship depends upon the job role and required experience.

The full framework comprises of:

• Competency Based Qualification (NVQ)
• Technical Certificate
• Communication
• Application of Number
• Employer Rights and Responsibilities

Business Benefits

SNC Training has a number of delivery models for Apprenticeships, dependent on sector and Apprenticeship framework, for example:

• attend 1-day a week day to study at purpose-built facilities at SNC Training and South Nottingham College
• all delivery is carried out within the workplace
• training is carried out within the workplace through partnership delivery, between the employer and SNC Training sector specialists
