Farnborough Sports Centre - Gym Etiquette

• Please show consideration for other gym users.
• If your have any illnesses/injuries/medical problems please advise an instructor who will advise you in adapting your exercise routine.
• Please wipe down equipment after use and bring a small towel to put on equipment.
• Consider other gym members if you use an iPod or personal stereo when selecting the volume.
• Please dispose of all litter in bins provided.
• Please avoid the use of mobile phones in the gym area.
• Do not take any hot drinks or food into the gym area.
• Please store personal belongings in lockers provided and take all possessions with you when you leave.
• Please wear suitable sports clothing & clean indoor training shoes & bring a bottle with a screw top to refill from the water fountain.
• If you have not been inducted on a piece of equipment or you notice any equipment is damaged please contact an instructor.
