At SNC Active there is a range of fitness classes to choose from. Whether you want to tone up, improve your aerobic capacity or build strength there is a class to suit you! All classes are delivered by qualified fitness instructors who will motivate and encourage you to reach your goals in a safe and effective way.

Class Descriptions:


Gym Circuit

Work out conducted in the gym using various pieces of cardiovascular and resistance equipment plus the free weights and steps. Several stations designed to work every area of the body and improve your all round fitness.

Bootcamp

This super fun, fast paced fitness class with Pete Staples. Exercises include quick-paced agility exercises, heart-pumping cardio drills, fun partner relays, sports conditioning circuits, plyometrics, full-body resistance training, sprints, and creative exercise challenges all delivered in a motivating team environment. Guaranteed results!

Total Body Conditioning

A low impact work out designed to improve fitness with a focus on toning and tightening all areas of the body. All done using hand weights, bars & steps.

On the Ball

Various exercises designed to tone the whole trunk and core resulting in great abs and posture. All of this achieved by using the Swiss Ball.

Boxercise

High energy non contact boxing style session using the pads and gloves. Excellent fat burner and brilliant for improving cardiovascular fitness due to the high intensity. Perfect for toning the upper body.

Bootylicious

Target the bottom half of the body using bodyweight, resistance bands, barbells and plates. Guaranteed great legs and butt!

Abs Blast

Simple floor exercises that target the upper abdominals, lower abdominals and obliques. Designed to strengthen, tone and define.

Zumba!

Ditch the workout and join the party! Low intensity aerobic session fused with Latin dance themes for a real fun work out. Very popular class, book now!

Strength & Tone

Utilising barbells & plates to tone, strengthen and shape the whole body.

Step and Condition

Fun, simple step routines to music, this work out will improve your all round aerobic fitness and shape.

Technique and Teach

Join one of our qualified Personal Trainers for a unique session each week looking at different ways to exercise all parts of the body. Enjoy dedicated expert guidance in these master classes.

Aerobotone

Have fun and improve your fitness! Tone up with this low impact aero / conditioning session taking place in either the gym or studio.
