Farnborough Sports Centre
The Farnborough Sports Centre in Clifton opened in July 2009 and currently has over 220 members.
We offer free inductions, free personalised programmes and free fitness tests in the gym. Included in the memberships are badminton and group fitness classes to add variety to your workouts. All staff have a wide range of experience in the fitness and coaching industry. We aim to deliver a quality service to all our members whatever their goals may be.
The Sports Centre and Gym in Clifton boasts:
- 26 station gym, including the latest life fitness equipment
- Free weight area including a new cable machine
- Swiss balls, bands, bars and mats
- Top of the range CV gym equipment with the latest heart monitoring system
- Large sports hall with wooden sprung flooring, extractor fans, court layout for basketball, football, badminton and can be used for many other sports.
- Large lobby area at the reception equipped with vending machine, tables and chairs
- Lockers available to gym/sports hall users
- Separate changing facilities for gym users
- Conference room
- Secure, well-lit car park with 3 disabled bays and 10 bicycle racks
