The Football Centre developments are part of a £2.3million project jointly funded through the European Regional Development Fund, the Football Foundation and South Nottingham College.

An access centre with 2 IT suites has been built along with new rubber crumb synthetic pitch 105m x 60m with 2000 lux floodlighting, weldmesh fencing and recessed goals. The installation of drainage system for 4 playing areas 100m x 60m and 3 mini playing areas in total 100m x 60m, plus 6 changing rooms and referee changing as well.

In addition we have three full size grass pitches available for hire at weekends at £48 per adult match and £25 for a junior match. This includes nets, corner posts and changing rooms however sharing of the changing facilities may be required at busy periods.

The centre will provide a single gateway for local learning and will bring all aspects of provision into one co-ordinated approach. The aim is not only to introduce all local people into the concept of learning, but also to provide a support system with clear progression pathways for individuals seeking to enhance life, learning or employment skills with a particular focus on sport.
