In my first year I was the International Officer for the Students’ Union at the college, and I also won a gold medal for the Maths Challenge. I chose to live with a Host Family, who was great! I chose to stay for the full 2 years in order to improve my English and gain more knowledge about British culture, so after the 2 years I had learnt so much about British life as well as my academic achievements."
