New Full Time International English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Courses

English for Speakers of Other Languages courses at South Nottingham College have had an excellent reputation for many years and been graded as Good by OFSTED inspectors in the two most recent inspections conducted in 2004 and 2008. A consistent feature has been the very high standard of teaching, extremely well qualified staff and high student satisfaction ratings.

The 2009 International EFL programmes will continue to focus on the needs of individual students and we look forward to delivering exciting courses designed to give students the skills they need to realise their ambitions and have a great time in the UK!

These courses will be based at our fantastic City Learning Centre which offers excellent teaching accommodation with extensive IT facilities. It is situated right in the heart of the vibrant and historic City of Nottingham just across the road from the Market Square and therefore extremely close to the numerous events taking place throughout the year.

Additionally, as an important part of the course is an introduction to English life and culture, being so close to all the attractions including the famous Nottingham Castle and Caves means that students will often be out and about and not just in the classroom. This will no doubt involve shopping as the City is famous for having the best selection of shops outside London!

The extensive Central Library is less than five minutes walk as are the main Cinemas, Theatres and much more.
