How to Apply

The application procedure varies for different types of courses. Please follow the correct procedure for the courses to which you are applying (see course description). If you have any enquiries relating to the application procedure for your course, please contact the relevant named contact.

The College encourages all students to visit, meet the staff and look at the facilities and resources that are available before you apply.

Applications are welcome from mature students with relevant industrial or commercial experience and/or alternative qualifications and will be considered on an individual basis.

Applicants should be aware that if they hold an equivalent or higher level qualification they may have to pay the full tuition fee. Please bring this to the attention of your interviewer who will be pleased to offer advice.

Applications from international students are welcomed. Please contact Course Information for more details and how to apply.

Full-time HE Programmes (UCAS)

Applications for HND and Foundation Degree courses must be made through UCAS. To apply, you will need to complete an application form on-line. You should do this through your school or college. If you are currently not as school or college you can apply as an individual by logging onto www.ucas.com/apply. If you are an international student you can also apply on-line. For advice on making an application, students can approach their local British Council.

Applicants are advised to apply as early as possible after having made a careful and considered choice of institutions and courses.

You should ensure that you give the correct course code (given in the course descriptions). The UCAS code for South Nottingham College is SNC S46.
